How to get to MetLife Stadium for Copa America matches – NBC New York

NJ Transit will offer special rail service to and from MetLife Stadium for this week's Copa America games, the railroad company announced Monday.

The Chile vs Argentina matches will take place on Tuesday 25 June and Uruguay vs Bolivia on Thursday 27 June.

NJ Transit will operate commuter trains between Secaucus Junctions/Hoboken and the Meadowlands Rail Station. There is no direct rail service to Meadowlands from any other station or line.

Service to Meadowlands from Secaucus Junction begins at 6:31 p.m. before the stadium gates open at 7 p.m. The last train to Meadowlands departs at 9:55 p.m.

The last train from Meadowlands to Secaucus will leave the stadium no earlier than 1:00 p.m.

MetLife Stadium encourages fans to use public transportation, especially since some regular parking spaces will be unavailable due to preparations for the State Fair.

Parking lots open at 4:00 p.m. and fees are $40 per standard-size vehicle and $160 per bus/RV/oversize vehicle.

Coach USA also offers service 351 Meadowlands Express from the New York Port Authority terminal from 5:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
