Ben Affleck and Matt Damon play the leading roles in the crime thriller “RIP”

Matt Damon and Ben Affleck will once again appear together on screen, this time in a crime thriller REST IN PEACE.

The film package is currently making its rounds in the city and features Joe Carnahan, the filmmaker behind Smoking Aces And The grayis set to direct and write the screenplay. Plot details are not yet known and filming is planned for the fall.

Affleck and Damon will also produce through their Artists Equity banner. The duo recently produced and starred in the Air Jordan film Airwhich Affleck also directed. Artists Equity recently signed a deal with Lionsgate to distribute the drama Little things like thisstarring Cillian Murphy, which premiered at the Berlin Film Festival.

Elsewhere on the Artists Equity list is the sequel to the Affleck film, The accountantwhich landed at Amazon MGM along with other Artists Equity titles Unstoppable starring Jennifer Lopez.

Affleck and Damon founded the company with the goal of offering more actors and employees a share of the profits and thus promoting talent below the film line. A long list of films quickly arose.
