Henderson shooting ends with more than 100 charges against suspect | Shootings

A Friday night shooting that caused a traffic jam in Henderson has led to more than 100 charges against a man who police say had a drug-induced seizure that resulted in him firing more than 100 shots.

The suspect is 45-year-old Joseph Ebner, Henderson police said. No injuries were reported, but police added that property damage was noted to nearby residences as a result of the shooting. The incident occurred at the Gables Condominiums, 2291 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway.

Ebner was taken into custody and booked into the Henderson Detention Center. He was charged with 112 counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, two counts of discharging a weapon while endangering a person, and one count of unlawful possession or carrying of a firearm.
