Angie Harmon is waiting for the 'real truth' about her 18-year-old daughter's arrest for breaking into a nightclub after graduating high school

It appears Angie Harmon My daughter was a little too excited about graduating from high school.

The Rizzoli & Islands middle child of the actress Avery Sehorn18, was arrested last week after allegedly breaking into a North Carolina nightclub and attempting to steal alcohol.

She is one of three daughters the former model has with her ex-husband Jason Sehornfrom whom she separated in 2016; the two also share 20-year-old Finley and 15-year-old Emery.

According to local news station WCCB Charlotte, Avery broke into the World Night Club on Music Factory Boulevard along with two other teenagers, and according to the club’s owner, They were allegedly sitting behind the bar and drinking from their liquor collectionworth $500.

The owner went on to say that they were caught by one of his cleaning crews around midnight and that although there is surveillance footage of the incident, he has no plans to release it.

According to court documents obtained by People, Avery was charged with burglary and theft, but he was released without bail after signing a written undertaking prior to the investigation. her upcoming court hearing on 28 June in the district court of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

Angie's attorney, George V. Laughrun II, also told the outlet, “Ms. Harmon respects and believes in the criminal justice system. She looks forward to her daughter's day in court so that the real truth can be told by individuals who witnessed the events.”

On June 2, the mother of three shared a tribute to Avery on Instagram after she graduated from high school. “We are all so proud of you Avery! You have overcome, triumphed, and excelled to shine bright with the stars!” she wrote.

“Remember to leave each place better than you found it, and we are all so excited to see what God has planned for you!”

Avery is scheduled to begin her freshman year at the University of Alabama in the fall.
