Harmon made headlines earlier this year after her dog Oliver was shot and killed by an Instacart delivery driver on March 30.

Following her dog's death, she filed a lawsuit against Instacart and the delivery driver for alleged trespassing, negligence, invasion of privacy and more. Harmon previously spoke to PEOPLE about the incident, calling the pain of losing Oliver “unbelievable.”

“I'm still crying and crying. I feel myself shaking. It's difficult – unbelievable – but we can't just sit back and do nothing. We can't just sit there and take our refund from Instacart and say, 'Okay, thank you.' This is like a public service announcement,” she said. “I mean, people need to know that this could happen.”
