This is what Angela White said

The mother of two shared a video on Instagram, capitalizing on a TikTok trend to celebrate the milestone. Using actress Emma Stone's trendy sound from the 2012 Oscars, Angela said, “Let's dance, let's dance…” to Jonah Hill.

In her version of the trend, White held up a sign that read “21 months sober” while dancing around what looked like a backyard.

“Let's Dance, 21 months sober,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “September 14, 2022. Thank you God, thank you Jesus, thank you Holy Spirit!”

Her boyfriend, Derrick Milano, also congratulated her under her post and wrote: “Proud of my little girl.”

For context: Angela publicly celebrated her sobriety in September 2023.

Later that month, White spoke at Tamron Hall about her journey to sobriety, PEOPLE reports.

She told the host: “It helped me to bring myself back down to earth and realize, 'OK, am I hurting the people around me or am I helping them?' Not with money or anything like that, but I didn't want to continue to hurt the people around me and I didn't want my children to grow up seeing me do these things.”
