Another arrest in connection with the death of a 4-year-old in Louisiana

Another arrest has been made in the murder case of the four-year-old kidnapped from Louisiana.

On Thursday, we reported here that the body of Erin Brunett was found in a wooded area in Mississippi after she was allegedly kidnapped and killed by Daniel Callihan.

Unfortunately, Erin's mother was also killed in Louisiana and now we know that an accomplice has been arrested in connection with the child's death. The Jackson Police Department has released this information.

Daniell Callihan is currently in custody at the Rankin County Jail, and his accomplice is also in custody. Police also arrested 32-year-old Victoria Cox, who is believed to be his current girlfriend.

As reported Thursday, U.S. Marshals discovered Erin's body in a wooded area in South Jackson, three hours north of the crime scene in Loranger, Louisiana.

Another six-year-old child was also found and is alive. She was treated for her injuries and has since been released from the hospital.

According to police, the crime scene was so graphic and gruesome that several people were very disturbed by what they saw when they discovered Erin's body in Mississippi.
